Tomboy is a small, family-run business. We ethically wild-harvest or grow many of the herbs used in our formulations, and due to the seasonal, labor-intensive nature of our work — and our very small team — we are unable to accept returns.

That said, we will always make it right.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@tomboyskincare.com and let us know what’s going on. We are happy to replace, replenish, or exchange items as needed.​
