RETURNS & DAMAGES

Tomboy is a small, family run business.  We ethically wild-harvest or grow the herbs, roots and mushrooms used in our formulations.  Due to the seasonal, labor-intensive nature of our work and the fact that we have a very small staff, we do not accept returns.  However, we will always make it right.  Just let us know what's going on and we will be more than happy to replace, replenish or exchange.  

If your products arrive damaged, please email us at info@tomboyskincare.com or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving the products and we will replace them immediately.
