RETURNS & DAMAGES

Tomboy is a small, family run business.  We ethically wild-harvest or grow the herbs and roots used in our formulations.  Due to the seasonal, labor-intensive nature of our work and the fact that we have a very small staff, we do not accept returns.  However, we will always make it right.  Just let us know what's going on at info@tomboyskincare.com and we will be more than happy to replace, replenish or exchange.  

If your products arrive damaged, please email us at info@tomboyskincare.com or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving the products and we will replace them immediately.
